Dave Made why so expensive???

Why are the Dave made amps so much more expensive than other brands? I priced out a Dave Made 1x2 500watt amp at 600 bucks!!! A fat Boy of the same configuration is $150.00. Is the Dave Made so much better quality to warrant the 4 times price difference? I've looked at photos of the internals of the Dave Made and they look very similar to other amps at a third of the price. The amps I compared all had a 1x2 configuration with Toshiba 2SC2879 transistors. Many other brands are closer in price to the FatBoy. I looked at East Coast, Palomar, even Texas Star and the Dave Made are triple or more than any of these amps? Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Where is the best place to buy a Dave Made amp? Can anybody comment on this? Thank you

Yea man you must have misheard someone or they just give you the wrong price or sumpn. Call Mr.RadioActive he will fix you up with a great amp at a much better price than that.

I'm sorry the price on the other 1x2's I looked at is 225 dollars not the 145 I quoted in my first post. The straight 2 pill FatBoy amps are 150 dollars not the 1x2 sorry for the mistake.

Davemade amps are very well built, quality costs mula! But glad to see you figured out they werent as expensive as you thought!!!! lol
