I'm planning on checking everything out that may be causing the problem but I'm just trying to find out which filters work good and which ones don't. I don't want to spend money on a filter that doesn't work and I'm sure there are ones that don't. If I have to spend two or three times as much money on a filter to get one that works as advertized then so be it.

To be honest, while a low pass filter won't hurt, I doubt it will resolve your problem. In the case of the computer speakers, the leads of the speaker are more than likely acting like a 1/4 wave antenna and the sound card or amplifier (if the speakers are amplified) is rectifying the signal. Your best bet there would be to get some mix 31 split beads and run wrap the leads through the bead a couple of times at both ends of the leads. You can get split beads here:

Another suggestion is getting a different pair of speakers. I have Altec Lansing and I've never had an RFI issue with them, even right next to the radio.

As for the TV, the low pass filter may work there but don't be surprised if it doesn't. There are several approaches to take in eliminating the problem (using split beads) and your best bet would be to use Google and search something like "eliminating RFI from TV" or "CB interference to TV." Hopefully, you'll come up with something that will resolve the problem. It may even require you to stop using an amplifier if that's what you're doing.

As one mentioned get a bencher filter
next get some ferrite filters for tvi/rfi, you can find those on e bay, put the package 6 of them in series behind the pl259 antenna connection which goes into your antenna, that should clear up your problem

Ferrite behind the antenna connection does remove rf from the shield of the coax. But that dont sound like your problem.
However... And this was just done at my friends house, as i instructed.
He was blacking out the TV when workin DX with 5 3-500z's.. He put ferrite all over the TV coax. Didnt help. I told him to try the power cord, as close the the TV as possible. He put one on there. IT help, only audio after that. He put one more. Now there is nothing. Ferrite does work.
Also RF does not like to travel down shields and stuff when coiled into a balun like Rf Choke. This has no effect on the signal inside, just on the shield.
Behind every TV set, I have power cords, and coax, rapped in small 4 to 5 tight coils, and ferrite. Now my 7 year old son can watch fishing all day on Sunday without me tearing up his TV.
There are numerous other solutions, and causes , these have worked for me. There is also something called a High-pass filter that screws on to the back of a TV. they go for about 15 dollars i think.

1 more. The phone company in my area, will come out and install RFI filters at the BOX for free! Because manufactures leave these filters out now a days to cut costs, lots of times Cable/Phone companies will provide these filters free. Tell the phone company if they cant install a filter for you. Then you may cancel phone service...lol..
Good Luck.
