Modulation meters?

Modulation meters?

Are there any of them that are pretty accurate, without me having to use a scope to look for 100% modulation? I am in the market for one. Most of the ones I see are in combo with SWR/power meters.

You looking for just a modulation meter without SWR and power or does it matter?
